As I set out to undo my codependent personality I found myself having more productive meditations which led to pages and pages of longhand journaling.

Included in this digital download are six of my more popular quotes from my reflections along with thought provoking questions to help spark deeper thought in you. Each quote is accompanied by an additional blank page to easily continue your thoughts.

The font and design were intended to look a bit scrappy. It just felt more honest to me. As you may have seen in the Herding Cats blog (josiedevere.com), the journey to this point has been a bit scrappy, too.
