Practice You

I’ve been thinking about how this blog went from honest relationship advice to this psychospiritual journey I’m on. Truth is, it’s cliche to say that the only relationship which matters is the one with yourself…because how you see yourself impacts the relationships around you. But it’s true. So if you want to fix your relationships, you must fix how you see yourself. How you speak to yourself, and your vision of your role in your perfect relationship. Think less expectation, more appreciation.

And the first step to accomplishing this is the same action required to accomplish anything in life. Practice. Practice thinking about your vision, and practice thinking about yourself. Practice thinking about who you were before you realized you wanted to follow in someone’s footsteps.
