Madam de Vere continues her search for elegance amidst erotica. After all, the beauty of erotica is in the eye of the beholder, be it hard or soft. “They Shall Remain Nameless” is purposefully named, as the names are irrelevant. It is the exploration and sensation which matter most.
“They Shall Remain Nameless” is the short story of one woman’s quest for inner healing and a fateful, gentle partner who appears at the most opportune times, only to once again disappear until her heart summons him again. Despite the mildly erotic depiction of their sexual encounter, this story dives deeper. It is an exploration of one woman’s solitude, her quest for forgiveness, and the role which self-forgiveness plays in moving past a broken heart.
For those who elect to read “They Shall Remain Nameless,” the author wants you to know that you are granted access to a well known secret – in every fiction there is some element of fact. It is your perception which exposes your fact from your fiction.
